Webinar Invitation: Co-designing Cross-Generational Physical Activity Resources with Veterans, First Responders, and Their Families

Charles Sturt University, in partnership with the Pro Patria Centre, is hosting a webinar to share and promote the XEN Physical Activity Research, a project focused on enhancing family wellbeing through cross-generational physical activity (X-gen PA). This innovative research seeks to develop resources designed with and for veterans, first responders, and their families to support their unique needs and challenges.

Discover the Benefits of X-gen Physical Activity
X-gen PA involves families engaging in physical activities together, such as walking, playing, or performing active chores. It’s more than exercise—it’s a way for families to bond, communicate, and connect. Veterans and first responders are familiar with physical activity in their professional lives, and this project explores how X-gen PA can be a meaningful, enjoyable, and easily integrated part of family life.
