Kate Chisholm is going to be at Pro Patria Centre! 🎉
“You were trained to stay switched on. Nobody taught you how to switch off.”
Kate Chisholm is flying in to Wagga for one night only, partnering with Pro Patria Centre to bring you a hands-on, no-fluff evening of nervous system education and guided breathwork, built specifically for veterans, first responders, and the families who love them.
What's the evening about? 👇
Your nervous system did its job. It kept you alert, ready, scanning. But a lot of us find that system gets stuck in "always ready" mode long after service ends. Sleep that doesn't refresh.
Tension you can't explain. A body that hasn't quite got the memo that the shift is over. This two-hour session gives you the education to understand why that happens and the practical breathwork tools to start changing it. No wellness fluff. No motivational speak. Just real, body-based tools that work.
What you'll experience:
✅ Clear, practical education on how your nervous system works and why it responds the way it
does after service
✅ Guided breathwork practice you can use that night and take home
✅ A safe space to learn alongside people who get it
✅ Connection with Pro Patria Centre and the support they offer right here in the Riverina

PPC exists to restore, regenerate and empower Wagga's veteran and first responder community connecting people, building support, and making sure those who've served can genuinely thrive in life beyond service. Wagga and the Riverina are home to one of Australia's most significant Defence communities, and PPC is at the heart of it.
