Chief of Australian Defence Force visits The Defence Shed Wagga Wagga

The Defence Shed had the honour of hosting the Chief of the Australian Defence Force, Admiral Andrew Johnston, along with his wife and senior staff, for a brief but meaningful visit. The Admiral had the opportunity to meet with a large number of Defence Shed members, fostering a strong connection between leadership and the veteran community.

A special thank you goes out to Defence Shed member Terry Ryan for organising this important event.

Plans are already in motion to invite Admiral Johnston back early in the new year for a longer visit and a more in-depth tour of the premises.Thank you to everyone who made this visit possible, your efforts continue to strengthen the Defence Shed's invaluable community ties!
