At Rural Outreach Counselling Inc (ROC), we believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, wherever they live. As a community-funded charity, ROC delivers a wide range of therapeutic services and internationally accredited training directly to rural and remote communities—including tailored support for veterans, first responders, and their families.

Our professional team offers talk therapy—confidential, one-on-one sessions to help individuals explore challenges and build resilience. For children and young people, our play therapy uses creative activities to express feelings and develop healthy coping skills. We also provide hypnosis to gently and effectively manage anxiety, stress, chronic pain, and support quitting smoking or vaping.

ROC is committed to strengthening communities through education. We offer internationally recognised suicide prevention training, empowering locals to spot warning signs and respond confidently. Our mental health first aid courses equip people with practical skills to support others in crisis, fostering safer, more supportive communities.

We are especially proud to support veterans, first responders, and their families—helping them navigate unique challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with their communities.
